Early this morning McAsey did a web conference room training. It was training on
communicating using your Veretekk system. "It had been awhile since training on that
subject in the web conference room," Said McAsey.

Actually McAsey had screen shots of most of the screens in Veretekk so all she needs
to do is open up the file. Today she struggled, since it had been awhile since she
had done this particular training she spent time looking for the correct slide when
it would have been easier to just to make a new screen shot.

"Once you become comfortable with training taking a screen shot is so simple and a
natural progression of training in the web conference room." Said McAsey.

"I\'m very spoiled now with the white board capabilities, especially the little
pointer. When you are training on a detailed website such as Veretekk it sure is
easier to have a pointer to point out exactly what part of the page you are talking
about." Said McAsey

McAsey talked about getting accused of sounding like a flight attendant when she
started web conference room training in Veretekk. McAsey was doing the same
configuration training every week and it was before there were white board
capabilities. Back then trainers had to explain to people where they wanted them to
click.

McAsey said, "I would start off my web conference room training with go to your main
system home page and look at the left hand side at the horizontal bars that
vertically go down the page."

Now McAsey just takes a picture and puts it on the white board. Then trainers have
this handy little pointer so instead of explaining they can just point to it. Web
conference room technology has come a long way since then. Now McAsey rarely talk\'s
about the same subject, so no more flight attendant voice dull drums in her classes.
McAsey says, "Oh how I love web conference rooms for training!"
